• Usage data — pages viewed, features used, time spent, and click patterns within the platform.
• Device & browser data — browser type, operating system, IP address, and referring URL.

We use the information we collect to operate, improve, and personalize Card Acumen. Specifically, we use your data to:

• Create and manage your account and subscription

• Deliver prospect alerts, market digests, and platform notifications you've opted into
• Personalize your content feed and dashboard based on your tracked prospects and preferences
• Analyze usage patterns to improve platform features and performance

We will not use your data for purposes materially different from those described here without giving you advance notice and, where required, obtaining your consent.

Card Acumen is not intended for individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
